The “Airedale 12” adds a contemporary twist to the classic design of a large-family pod-tent, sleeping up to twelve adults in its three “4-Berth Sleeping Pods” and offering a Single-Inflation-Point interior which is truly cavernous! The 150 High-Density fabric is ideal where weight, pack size and speed are of the essence. It offers superb benefits through its strength to weight ratio and has a smooth, modern design. The fabric has a contemporary Hex-style print to compliment the product’s simple, flawless design lines. The Oxygen Air-Frame is the quickest, easiest inflation system on the market, with no adjoining pipes/taps spoiling the clean lines of our stunning designs. The living area is Dura-Tech welded, with a Single-Inflation-Point Tube, allowing it to be up in seconds! The pods, however, consist of five separate Oxygen Air-Frame Tubes in total. Both utilise the Dynamic Speed Valve and the patented Intelligent Frame Relief Valve. Inflation is speedy using the Dual-Action Pump provided and deflation is the push of a button. Our exclusive relief-valve prevents damage to the tube by expelling excess air, usually caused by over-inflation or increases in the ambient temperature. All valves are discretely concealed by a velcro cover. The fabric is exceptionally water-resistant and water will simply bead onto the surface and roll-off. Also, the light-coloured roof material reflects heat to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the awning. The product comes complete with a water-repellent Sewn-In Groundsheet for added protection against the elements. The tent has an integrated Front Canopy (supported by a Fibreglass Pole) to provide a large, functional shelter with added protection from the elements. Windows are tinted to reduce glare, creating a more comfortable and relaxing environment. All windows have Zip-In Curtains, which can be rolled-back during the day or zipped-in for complete privacy during the night. The three integrated “Four-Berth Sleeping Pods” provide additional space for either storage or sleeping; these are made from a breathable Micro-Polyester material to create a more luxurious environment and improve air-flow. The Mesh Vents help combat condensation by improving air-circulation, plus, the side-doors have a mesh fly-screen to keep insects out and optimise air-flow. These are made with our unique Phoenix Mesh; an assisted-healing ‘smart’ material that has the structurally incorporated ability to repair ‘snag’ damage caused by consistent usage. Simply manipulated, the mesh will return to its original form. The tent comes complete with Two Storm Straps and a Pro Peg Pack. A Stone Protection Footprint Groundsheet (for protection against sharp rocks and hard ground), a luxurious Snugrug, a UV Pro Cover (for protection against the sun’s rays) and a Lounge Liner (for added water-resistance) can also be purchased.
