This great tent is in like new condition. I've only spent one night out on it under good conditions, it has never even seen rain. It is simply stouter than I need. Includes everything that came with it: tent, poles, instructions, unused stakes, and tent, pole and stake bags. Does not include ground cloth. Sale to CONUS only please.
