We warranty the components we include to work under normal conditions, for the original purchaser only. Warranty is non-transferrable. We include all manufacturer contact information within our manuals and documentation. In most instances we will ask you to send to us the damaged component for warranty service. Sometimes we may request you send it directly to the manufacturer depending on the issue encountered.Batteries: 1 year warranty direct from manufacturer.
Inverter: 1 year warranty Snyder Electric and Solar.
Charge Controller: 1 year warranty Snyder Electric and Solar.
Battery Maintainer: 1 year warranty direct from manufacturer.
Solar Panel: Manufacturer 25-year transferable power output warranty: 5-year/95% efficiency rate, 10-year/90% efficiency rate, 25-year/80% efficiency rate, 2-year material and workmanship warranty.As long as you own your product and if, there is a problem we will fix it during the manufacturer warranty period for any affected components (excluding solar panels and batteries which are handled via direct manufacturer contact). Simply ship the affected component back to us and we'll rectify the problem whether that’s repairing the component or replacing it altogether. In some cases we may have to ship your item to the manufacturer ourselves if it’s beyond our repair. In those cases slight delays would be encountered which are out of our control. We will do our best to get any bad/malfunctioning component repaired/replaced and back to you ASAP. Thanks for understanding!Warranty example: You overload your system or component(s) causing damage. Or connect something in reverse polarity somehow. This then damages the inverter, charge controller, wiring etc. That obviously would not be covered under warranty however we’ll still help to fix it and provide you the replacement parts/components at our cost, directly to you!If the problem happens from any cause of ours, i.e. DOA components, faulty wiring, etc. then we would absolutely cover the cost of repair/replacement. We trust and stand by our passion. It is the buyer’s responsibility however to pay for return shipping on any returned components for warranty service. Please contact us immediately for help with any issues and we’ll find a way to fix it!

Refunds & Returns:
Due to the cost and labor involved manufacturing these units we don’t accept returns however, please see the above statement of Warranty. We stand by our work!Common Things to Avoid:
Don’t pull more than the recommended load for the inverter or batteries.
Ensure large loads don’t pull/surge more than inverter’s recommended watts or duration.
Don’t connect more than the rated charge current into the charge controller.
Ensure all electrical connections are secure, tight and correct!
Ensure to properly place all electrical cables in order to avoid any damage.
If replacing/upgrading batteries, ensure to use the correct voltage for your system!
Ensure to properly maintain your system and check all connections regularly before each use.
If storing for long periods without solar panels connected, ensure to charge batteries fully at least once every 4-6 months or leave charger/maintainer connected according to guidelines.Don’t use Power Storage unit outdoors in the rain or in rainy/wet/sleet/snowing conditions.
Solar Panels are OK to use in the rain as they are completely waterproof. Simply run the MC4 cables indoors to your E-Generator unit. Always practice proper electrical safety when handling or dealing with electrical wiring and components, especially if wet!
