The tent has only been used on three weekend outings. There are no tears holes or broken zippers. All original poles and stakes are included. The tent is in great condition. I do not smoke so there is no cigarette smell. I am only selling the tent because I now need a two man tent and they are expensive so I want to put this money toward my new tent.
