This tent is great. It was an REI used gear tent but has no flaws. The tent body is dirt and could use a wash. The zipper need washing as well as the dirt makes the zippers a little tough. Don't worry about that once washed they will be as smooth as new. The body has no rips or tears and the fly is awesome. Literally looks new. Maybe a little dirt but all in all the whole tent is excellent. Comes complete. No footprint. See pictures for detail as they're an equal part of the description.
