I am selling my Albion Ultima (Buffalo Leather) SLK Dressage Saddle. This saddle is 4 years old and had been meticulously maintained. Conditioned only with Albion's leather conditioner. It was rare that I did not clean this saddle after every ride. If you have never ridden in an Albion, they are high quality, memorably comfortable saddles. The only reason I am selling is due to losing my SWB mare in August, and my new focus is a quarter horse and western tack. I paid $3500 for this saddle in April of 2012. It is an 18" seat, Wide tree. Low head. I have had this saddle checked yearly since purchase with an Albion certified saddle fitter. There are small wear areas, and the front of the blocks are showing some fading. This seems to be pretty typical of Albion saddles as this saddle has always been kept covered when not in use. One of the Albion metal tags under the flap is cracked in half across the middle of the length, still tacked down top and bottom. I will take a picture of that if requested. Pictures best represent condition.This saddle will come with its original red felt Albion saddle cover, and original product tag. It does not come with stirrups or leathers. No trials. No returns. Priced to sell, this saddle new today is $3800. I have recently had this saddle shipped back to me from the tack shop I purchased it from , the consignment price was $2700.
