The front girth straps are positioned higher on the sweat flaps to help keep the saddle more stable during exercise. Soft calfskin covers the seat, skirts and knee rolls; leather covers the saddle flaps. For those who may be looking for a slightly narrower or slightly wider tree, Prestige trees can be altered by a certified dealer. The seller obviously took meticulous care of this saddle.
