It is a turquoise or light green color and it has a black and silver hot stamp. There are two mold rings around the center nipple on the bottom. Weight - 175 grams.Diameter - 8 1/4 inches.Plastic type-DX. It is in new condition, with some scuff marks, a small ding on the rim and smudges around the rim from storage and handling. This is a super rare color and very hard to come by with the Ben-Wall Plastics, Inc. hot stamp. It is in excellent condition for it's age. HISTORY: The PUPPY was made from 1980 to 1983 and was the fastest golf disc on the market until the CHAMPION EAGLE was marketed in 1983. The DESTINY DISCS PUPPY is the same mold as the early BEN WALL golf discs, The DGA KITTYHAWK DRIVER, The 1983 PDGA WORLDS SHUTTLE PUPPY, and the white GENERIC GOLF DISC . Destiny Discs quite selling the PUPPY after a legal dispute with DGA. In 1984 DESTINY marketed the SUPER PUPPY which became very popular as it was more stable then the PUPPY. For those of you who don't know the difference between the PUPPY and the SUPER PUPPY: The SUPER PUPPY has a deeper lip which makes it more stable and less likely to turn over.
