This 15" Western Barrel saddle has a Black elephant seat with a beautiful skirt inlays to match. It has rough out leather seat jockey & fenders with a barbedwire border tooling, and the rest is beautifully tooled with a floral design.Quarterhorse bars (6 3/4" gullet) with wool lined skirts.
