This is a sample saddle we made with a English Leather hide. Not sure we are going to produce this saddle. Sample for sale.
If you ever purchased an English Leather bridle, you know they are generally about $100 to $150.
This saddle is made entirely of English Leather. Its double the price of American leather.This saddle should sell for about $700 even at our direct prices.
The leather is not A+ grade. It does have some natural flaws. It also have a couple of place that didnt take the stain will. This leather is also thicker, so the saddle weighs a little more than our others. This is a super deal for someone! But, I designed this saddle to fit. I had over 20 TWH up until about 2 years ago when the economy crashed. I designed this saddle to fit the TWH, SSH, and other Southern Gaited Breeds. I designed it with a cutaway skirt so it did not impede the rear action. The flared gullet is my design. It keeps the weight and pressure off the shoulders so it does not impede the shoulder action. It has double rigging. It has angled rear D for crossfire rigging. This allows you to rig the girth in whatever position is best for your horse. I am proud of my 100% rating for over 13 years on eBay. If you want to buy with confidence, I ask you to buy from a trail rider, horse show enthusiast and breeder and a saddle designer.
