This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. The saddle is in like new condition. It is fully tooled except for the rough out jockeys and fenders. The overall skirt length is approximately 28 inches and they are cut out for close contact. The saddle has strings, maker marked dees, Nettles stirrups, and a matching back cinch. There is no front girth. This saddle is very comfortable and will fit a lot of horses.
