Flaps are 17.5 length. I am 5'3" and the saddle fits me well. Selling because I want to switch back to a hunt seat. Padding is extremely high quality. Leg blocks fit well and are comfortable. Tree is medium wide and fits horses except those with very narrow withers.  Including a 52 inch black leather girth and a saddle cover.
