Purchased new in May 2016. In beautiful demo condition. 17" seat (I ride in a 17.5 and this was a fit for me).  M+1 tree which is a Medium Wide. Monoflap. Amazing calfskin leather and narrow twist make this saddle secure but doesn't make you feel stuck. Absolutely one of the most comfortable saddle  I have ever ridden in. Only selling because I sold the horse I bought it for and my current horse needs a different tree. Comes with an Equipe cover. These retail for $4000 new with a production wait.
