This tall cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. It has beautiful tooling on smooth leather. The hardseat measures 16 inches. The overall skirt length is approximately 27 1/2 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The saddle also has inskirt rigging, Nettles stirrups, and a back cinch, but no front girth. The saddle is in very good condition. I rode this saddle. It fit my hard to fit horse and is one of the most comfortable saddles that I have ridden. It is also a lot lighter, so it was very easy for me to carry.
