This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. It is full rough out. The hardseat measures 16 1/4 inches. The overall skirt length is approx. 27 1/2 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The horn and tree are tight. This saddle is in good using condition. This saddle fits a horse well and is very comfortable. It has Nettles stirrups, a back cinch, but no front girth.
