Flaps measure approximately 13.5 - 13.75", measuring where stirrup leathers lay on bar to end of flap. Freshly cleaned with Hermes saddle soap and conditioned with Passier conditioner. Please review photos for wear to saddle, including front saddle panel, knee rolls, seat and flaps, etc. Saddle does have a name plate that can be removed by buyer.
