18ft Tipi with ropes, pegs, liner, raincap and manual (just need poles) from Nomadic Tipis (they made the tipis for the movies Dances with Wolves and The Last Samurai). The canvas is 15oz All Weather Sunforger - a sturdy fabric designed for all year living, including cold winters. This fabric consist of 15oz of 100% cotton. Nomadic Tipis state that cotton holds up better against UV radiation than polyester blends.I have had the tipi for nearly 2 years, but it has only been up twice, for a total of around 12 months. It has been recently cleaned and put into storage, but is available to be laid out and viewed. It will need a waterproofing treatment (as do all tipis to guarantee against mold and mildew), with ongoing treatments recommended every twelve months. The fact it is due for a treatment is reflected in the price.To buy this same tipi new, including freight, would cost $2,700. For interstate buyers, I have ESTIMATED freight around $220. This will need to be confirmed once I know your area/suburb. This is a genuine sale and happy to answer any questions you have.Whilst the canvas is down, the poles and flooring are still in place, to give an idea of floor space- for local customers to view.
