Hi There and thanks for looking. You are bidding on a Berghaus Air 6 Tent.This tent is 1 year old and has been used 3 times (stored in spare room over winter). It is unbelievably easy to put up, even on your own. The tent is supplied as it came from the shop, so includes the tent itself with the bedrooms still attached (no need to remove when packing), pegs, the small fibreglass pole for the run off porch, pump, pressure gauge, repair kit and the carry bag on wheels. I'll also include a bottle of Nikwax spray for re-waterproofing if ever needed. This deal also comes with the footprint (extra groundsheet) so the underside of the tent is clean (however the footprint will show some signs of use, as do the pegs). I have always used the footprint the 'dirty' side down so the footprint can be used to pack the tent away, keeping the tent clean. The photos show the tent quickly erected, just for the pics and therefore not all the guy ropes were pegged out but once everything is pegged out the tent is taut and very waterproof with a hydrostatic head of 6000. This is a generous size tent that can be used for up to 6 people, but also great for smaller parties with lots of gear to store and/or lots of room to spread out. Remove one bedroom (very easy) from one end and you'll have a massive area to relax in with the other bedroom for just a sleeping area. Only reason to sell is I am no longer with the person I brought the tent with and it is too big for just 1, so am looking to sell and raise funds for a smaller tent. If only Berghaus made an Air 3 !!!
