ReturnsAll returns must be notified by email first and we will then email you a returns number with information on how to return your product.All our products are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we (or the manufacturer) will replace the item (if another is available) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will only refund agreed return postage charges for faulty items.Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within seven [7] working days following the day of delivery.
