This saddle is a very nice saddle, it fits a horse great, it is comfy to ride, and is like new. It is hand made by Marlin Horton out of San Jon NM and was originally worth $2500 when it was new. I ride a 14" seat and it is way to big for me. Never had anything roped out of it. Just a little dust from sitting in the tack room. Been on a horse maybe 10-15 times.
