Used Custom Saddlery Icon Flight dressage saddle with 17" seat and MW tree.The stamp says 17" for the seat but the saddle is so nicely broken in that it rides more like a 17.5". I bought this Icon Flight from Steffen Peter's former Custom Saddlery rep two years ago, and it has been the best saddle I've ever owned. I just had everything re-flocked by our Custom Saddlery rep here in the Pacific Northwest, so it is in really good shape. She inspected it from top to bottom when I initially bought it and found no issues. The tree is just fine and also fully adjustable, which has served me well as my horse has grown a lot since I bought her. I can find nothing wrong with this saddle - it just no longer fits my giant horse! The billets could use some TLC or maybe replacing in a few years, but my girth tightens above the wear marks so it was never an issue for me (see photos). This version of the Icon Flight is older but has that great narrower twist compared to the newer models on the market that tend to run a bit wider, and it has the nice short thigh block. Standard size buffalo leather flaps are also in good shape (the stamp reads 16"). I am 5'9" and the flap works nicely for my leg. My friend who is 5'5" also likes riding in this saddle. I really wish I didn't have to part with this nice Icon Flight but I have no use for it. The Icon Flight retails new for well over $4,500 and tends to run a bit pricey on the used market as well. I'd like to pass on a great bargain for someone else to enjoy. Saddle comes with a free Custom Saddlery cover. Current condition is good with normal wear, as is to be expected from a used saddle. But, it has been kept in a heated tack room and been very well maintained. I have done my best to take quality photos but please ask if you have any questions.
