This is a Martin Roping Saddle I ordered from Martin Saddlery and has been kept indoors as display only and never ridden. It comes with a matching chest girth I ordered as well. It also comes with matching bridle and reins and a saddle pad. None of it has ever been used, only display. It has my name on it so it would need a name plate.
