Very soft calf skin! This saddle is a size 17" with a 2 flap. This is the most comfortable Antares I have ridden in! It is very padded and the leather is as soft as butter! I would love to keep but I am 5'9" and need a saddle with a longer flap. Please feel free to ask any questions.
