Welcome to our auction. Just us owning it since new, with no smoking and no pets.If you like camping under canvas but want to do so in comfort then this is ideal - it's got everything you need and is loaded with the extras so you're good to go!It is a doddle to tow (you barely notice it's there at the legal 60mph limit) and when you arrive you can easily manhandle it into place if you need to. It takes 2 people less than 15 minutes to set up, would take one person a bit longer. The folding bit uses gas struts so no heavy work required. Once you are set up, your beds (1 double and 1 king size) are fixed so no making them up every night - the 2 additional berths (to make it 6) would need making up - a few minutes work. The canvas is fully watertight with no rips or repairs - we've never had a problem with it in either the awning or the main camper.Washroom including loo, fridge with small freezer compartment, oven, grill and 4 burner hob, lots of 12V lighting, sink with hot and cold water, sturdy folding table which flips over for the extra 2 berths, small foldaway table and electric heating. Loads of storage space in the cupboards, drawers, full sized wardrobe, under the seats and in the front locker. Penninehave designed everything so cleverly so it all maximises space and convenience and the furnishings and curtains are all matching and nicely done.If you are hooked up to electric, most things run off the 240V, except the cooking. You can easily do several days without an electric hook-up (we have!). The battery powers the 12V lighting, toilet flush and tap pump, while cooking and the fridge runs on gas, a couple of bottles lasts a summer of camping. Also, the fridge runs off your car battery when towing, so you can have a cold beer on arrival! The electric heater doesn't work without a hook up - but we used a small gas one then.It's also got an unused spare wheel, full set of instruction manuals and both keys.This sale comes with loads of extras:Big penninepathfinder awning 2.5m by 7m, comfortably seats 8 for dinner, complete with curtains and awning "carpet" (breathable groundsheet)

Full winter storage kit - cover, big insulated silver blanket thing to prevent condensation, and a bucket of those silica gel things that will prevent moisture. All keeps the dreaded mould at bay.
