These Freeze Dried Atlantic Cod Fillets are current production and not over-runs. They were manufactured in 2016 by a large military defense contractor. They are amazing: tender, flaky, light and very tasty, and as fresh as the day they were flash frozen and freeze dried! They average about 5 inches long and 1-1/2 inches thick and each fillet is the perfect serving size for a big eater.These Freeze Dried Cod Fillets are current production and not over-runs.
