Leathers and irons included, stirrups pads need to be replaced. There is a small hole on the lefthand side of the seat, it does not effect the use of the saddle at all. My daughter has shown in this saddle at AQHA Region 3 Championship show, the Quarter Horse Congress, and multiple other AQHA approved shows.
