Nice used 17" Ashland close contact saddle by Northrun. (see photo) Saddle has padded flaps. (see photos) This saddle was made in England. (see photo)Flaps left to right at widest part horizontally measures : 12 1/4 inchesFlap length from top of stirrup bar to bottom of flaps measure: 13 1/2 inches.Ashland saddles are known for being well balanced and comfortable to ride. Saddles and other leather goods made in England are known for the high quality of the leather used in them due to the leather and tanning making process the English use.
