Mountain Safety Research Hubba 1 person tent plus footprint. This tent includes a brand new rain fly straight from warranty. Rain fly has never seen wilderness action. The tent body, stakes and footprint all have been used on a couple of trips over the years. No holes of damage just some dirt and sap mostly on the footprint. Amazing tent which will last a very long time. Also MSR warranty department is excellent.
