This saddle is in excellent used condition. Always stored in a climate controlled environment and cleaned and conditioned regularly. The saddle has had at minimum yearly assessments by certified Schleese techs since it was new. It was just assessed in Feb. 2017 by Schleese and was remarked to be in very good condition for it's age. Sadly, I sold the mare I have been using it on and I bought a different model for my gelding. Thigh block: "creeky" style (velcro and adjustable) This saddle had the shoulder relief panel added to it by Schleese around 2013 when I had it fitted to my mare. Flap measures 16.5" from the bottom of the stirrup bar to the bottom of the flap. Currently set wide but can be easily adjusted by Schleese to fit exactly to your horse! I love this saddle, it is very comfortable and put me in a great position. As to be expected, there is some minor wear from use but all leather, stitching and flocking are in good shape. This saddle retails for over $7000 new, it is a steal at this price! Schleese assessed fair market value of this saddle to be $4000 as of Feb. 2017. Comes with Schleese fleece lined saddle cover.
