This tall cutter was made by Irvine Saddle Shop in Crossfield,AB. It has a rough out hard seat that measures 17 inches. The jockeys and fenders are rough out also. The rest of the saddle is waffle tooling. The overall skirt length is approx. 29 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The horn and tree are tight. This saddle is in excellent condition as is the wool. The saddle has strings, aluminum flat bottom stirrups, a back cinch,but no front girth.
