A real steal! Made in England by master saddle makers, this saddle has been sitting in a tack store for years. Still has original tags, never ridden in. Leather is in great shape, soft and pliable. This saddle would be $1800+ if black. It is a very dark brown. I conditioned it with Effax and it looks great. Some white marks on seat, possibly from tanning or conditioning process. They vanish when it is conditioned, so just do that before any show and it's beautiful. The two colors in the side view is just where the Effax had not faded in yet. Company rep says it is composite foam flocked and a regular (not hoop) tree, and was a model sold wholesale to the American market. Extra long billets (by visual) are suspended at two points by nylon strap. It is marked an 18, but measures at and tagged 17.5. Please look closely at pictures and ask questions.
