Castelow saddles are well known for their outstanding quality and attention to detail. This saddle is beautifully made from only the finest of materials and will give you and your horse years of enjoyment. For those who are not totally familiar with Richard Castelow, the following is from his website: Richard was appointed the first ever Master Saddler to Queen Elizabeth II, based at the Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace, charged with refurbishing the Queen's harness and other fittings regularly seen on occasions of pomp and pageantry such as Royal Weddings, trooping of the Color and the opening of Parliament. After four years with the Royal Household, he moved to the United States to use his knowledge and expertise for the benefit of American Riders. He served under four master saddlers. They all held different views on saddles and saddlery but agreed on how to balance and fit a saddle. He became a Master Saddler himself in 1988. If you have any questions, please contact me. Saddle stand not included Please contact me if you would like to arrange a trial. For a trial, payment is due before saddle will be shipped. Shipping includes insurance. Once you receive the saddle, you have a period of 7 days to evaluate the saddle for your needs. If you decide that it is not exactly what you want, then you may return the saddle for a full refund of the saddle price. There is no refund on shipping and insurance costs. When returning a saddle it is the buyer’s responsibility to insure the saddle for shipping. Any saddle lost or damaged in transit from the customer to us is the customer’s financial responsibility. Saddle must be returned clean and in the same condition it was received to obtain a full refund. We participate in the Global Shipping Program.
