This cutting saddle is a Jeff Smith made in Terrell, Texas. It is full rough out with exposed stirrup leathers. The hard seat measures 16 inches. The overall skirt length is approx. 29 inches and it is cut out for close contact. The horn and tree are tight. This saddle is in very good condition. This saddle has the more expensive heavy duty rigging. It has new, aluminum flat bottom stirrups, a back cinch, but no front girth. It is really comfortable and has a great pocket.
