Got out of the Game so I'm selling my Reiner.  I used this saddle for two years.  Wonderful Saddle made by a great man.  This is the most comfortable saddle I ever rode.  I ordered a 15.5.  There is a slight ledge just before the leather and I believe that is how Piland measures his saddles.  I'm just shy of 6 foot and my inseam is 32".  You will not be disappointed if you purchase this saddle.  I will give you a 3 day review period regardless of ebay policy.  If you return, you pay shipping and insurance.  The saddle is just getting broke in.  I chose 5 day handling time because it may be difficult to find a suitable box to ship the saddle in.  I will ship as soon as I can.  You get what you see in the pictures less the rack.
