This Trail Boss Steele Saddle retails without any custom adjustments for $1795.00 new. These saddles are handmade by Eric Hawkins of Steele Saddle company, previously located in Ashland City, TN. This saddle was purchased for a lady who wanted to trail ride then got hurt and couldn't ride anymore, she rode in it twice. It is one of the most comfortable trail saddles I have ever ridden in. These saddles are known for being excellent trail saddles with a light weight tree, the whole saddle only weighs 23 lbs. This lightweight cedar tree also comes with a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer. Check out the manufacturers website at Steelesaddle.com for more information on warrantys and specifics of that type of saddle.When I spoke with Eric he said he was shocked that I was selling it because they are held in such high regards that you never see a used one for sell, people love them so much the keep them forever. Steele Saddles do not work on seat sizes per inch so this one is considered a Medium Seat which is supposed to accomodate for persons weighing 140 to 180 lbs. It also has a medium gullet size. I have included photos with measurments as a back up for any questions. Eric at Steele Saddle company said he would be happy to answer any buyers questions, please contact me for his information. There are a few tiny blemishes on the saddle from storage but othewise it is in excellent condition.
