16.5" DALE CHAVEZ STERLING OVERLAY SHOW SADDLE
Saddle is 16" to the padding. Saddle has narrow twist, and a new seat. Extremely comfortable and it has full qtr bars to fit almost any horse. This saddle is "sterling overlay" not plated that is why it is priced higher then many Chavez saddles that are silver plate which is a tiny thin layer of silver electroplated to a base metal...and it is clear coated which turns yellow over time so you do not polish it all off. This saddle has a solid thick layer of 100% solid sterling overlay over a base metal that will for years of beauty and value. The leather is better quality then what is used today and is of more value do to the intricut tooling patterns used on this saddle versus the ones of today with much less detail. This saddle is really well made.....just professionally dyed chocolate antique brown...will look stunning for many years to come..why spend more on a saddle this less in quality then the better made saddles that are sterling overlay.
