No rips, tears, or any physical issues with the tent. All of the zippers work perfectly. One of the telescoping levers to the awning is broken so the awning is stuck at about 6'. This tent fits very nicely in the bed of a standard pickup and gives about 5'6" standing room inside. The tent looks great and goes up easily. The carry bag with tent, stakes, poles and cover is smaller than a regular sleeping bag. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
