MiniMo’s big brother uses the same burner, with increased capacity.The all new Sumo™ 2-4 person Group Cooking System integrates the all weather MiniMo burner with the high capacity Sumo Cup, yielding an unmatched blend of power, convenience, and efficiency for the full range of group backcountry cooking chores, from snow melting to simmering.Sensational set for rapid boiling water and simple meals for several people. Aluminum cup with a capacity of 1.8L is the fitted with thermal heat transfering FluxRing® technology boils a litre of water in approx 4 minutes. When cooking on a standard burner only 20-30% of thermal energy is transferred to the pot, while the rest escapes out the sides. With the patented system FluxRing ® 70-80% of the heat is now transfered to the pot, saving time and thus consuming much less gas.The burner, which fits compactly inside the Sumo Cup, is equipped with push button igniter for reliable flame ignition even in very windy conditions. Cup has a neoprene insulator which maintains content temperature and also protects against burns. The Sumo Companion Cup features a sturdy strap, serving as a handle and a smaller loop, allowing attachment to a backpack or belt. Once burner is removed & cup cooled down the plastic cover fits neatly over the bottom of the cup to protect the Fluxring whilst in transit. This cover can also serve as an additional pouring cup.
