Floor Dimensions 88x44"Bought this from REI last year hoping to get more involved with winter camping and start some climbing trips.  Hasn't happened and with two young kids I'm realizing it's not going to for a while.  Just looking to get some money back on the tent and get it to someone who will use it.  RETAIL IS $500!!!  This will be a great deal for someone out there.  No flaws at all with the tent, it's in perfect condition.  I also bought the tent ceiling gear loft that will be included.  I accept returns should you be unhappy for any reason, etc. Thanks and happy trails...
