An early 1940s Vapalux 300 lamp in the colour of olive drab This is the steel squat tank model and the steel penny slotted frame. This model was produced during war when brass was restricted All new seals, pump washer and a non asbestos wick fitted. Lit it for 3 hours today, nice seeing your lamp actually working.
