Tent trailer and tyres are in good condition. The tent has never leaked or needed repair and is totally waterproof.The mattresses are clean and in good condition as are the curtainsThe tent comes with many extras including cooker, grill and sink combination and some cutlery and pans. There is also small toilet tent. Gas bottles, inside lights, hook up , step, awning picnic table, and two ground sheets. For serious buyers we will be happy to erect tent this Saturday ( by appointment)
