Australian Direct 4WD Outdoor is owned and operated by myself, Klaeton Sheehan. What me and this store are all about: Providing quality products and advice in a world full of people who do not return telephone calls and do not understand the effect of building a long term relationship with their customers. I take advantage of the fact that a happy customer is a happy camper and happy campers like to share a drink with other happy campers. This is why I make sure go out of my way to give sound advice and only sell products I have tested myself which leads to many a "mate told me to give you a call" moments. Shipping
Please be aware that our products are often shipped from different locations. If you order two different items they may arrive in separate shipments. Australian Direct is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to Australian Direct due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm AEST) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is of the utmost importance that we are provided with a contact telephone number for delivery purposes.
Payment
We accept payments via Paypal and bank deposit. Please ensure payment is made within 24 hours of auction ending. For bank deposits please ensure you supply your ebay transaction ID as the refererence and advise us of your street address and best contact telephone number.
Warranty
Please contact us in the case of any warranty issue and we will provide contact details of the manufactuer for warranty. Buyers must contact manufacturer of the item for all warranty or service within the warranty period. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All warranties are covered by Australian Manufacturer.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on 07 3123 4715 within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will then issue a return authorisation (RMA) number which is valid for 7 days. You are required to send the goods back to the address provided, in as new condition, in its original packing and including all accessories, manuals and other documentation. In the event that the unit has been returned for a refund, a replacement charge for any missing items will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any returned item that has been used or damaged may be rejected, and may result in an additional 15% handling fee.
