I've owned this for about two years and used it pretty lightly since purchasing (ride in 2-3 times/week). Purchased for $1,700. I'm long legged and found this flap to be plenty forward enough for me. There are some signs of wear - some discoloration, rubbing from where boots hit on the flap, loose stitching on the bottom of flap, one of the button covers came off, some light surface scratching - nothing out of the norm. This will be cleaned up before being sent. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. This is a beautiful saddle, but I do not have a need for it anymore.
