16.5" HDR in good condition other than some scratches on the seat that I would guess are from a cat. Tree measures approx 4.75" (no marking that I can see on saddle what they consider that to be.) Flap measures 12.25"from bottom of stirrup bar down. No blocks but has nice knee rolls. Fittings not included **shipping price is for priority shipping. If you would prefer parcel post which will take a full 7 days to receive but is cheaper please let me know!!!***
