This tent was bought in September of 2016 from Zpacks. I've used it about 7 times and it has no signs of wear or use at all. It's in fantastic condition and I loved it I just want to buy a Zpacks tarp instead. When I purchased the tent the removable bathtub floor was included for $475. Now they sell the tent for $399 and the bathtub floor is sold separately for $95. The bathtub floor is also in flawless condition. Stakes not included! Guy lines tied on and included. Tied at length recommended by Zpacks with Zpacks guyline. Pole not included.
