The front extension does not have a floor, it's like a tunnel awning.Due to the cotton canvas, you will have a very nice climate inside the tent. It's free of leaks and maintains a cool temperature in the heat of the summer.We stored the tent indoors, dry and safe.Due to size/weight, this item is local pickup only.The tent is located in KT12, Walton-on-Thames
