I bought this tent in July 2010 and it has been one of my favorite pieces of gear on the trail. I'm only selling it because I'm transitioning to using a tarp shelter. I've used it with two people (great with my wife, a little tight with another man) and as a solo tent (spacious). Set up is easy. Fast fly option is nice. Durability is fantastic. I've used it in the rain multiple times and never had a leak. I've always taken good care of it, including cleaning and drying it out after trips. No stains, except for dirt stains on bottom of footprint. No bad smells. Just a great lightweight tent. Comes with all original components (guylines, 11 stakes, storage bags, etc) plus footprint. The tent, rainfly, poles, stakes, guylines, storage bags AND footprint weigh a combined total of 3 lbs 13 oz. See description of current version of this tent on the Big Agnes website.
