Answer: YES I bought one in spring of 2014 and reading carefully was able to get the appropriate 10x14 (not the 8x14) and it fits very well. I used it multiple times during the summer at the beach through some hellish thunderstorms and no leaks except a tiny bit at the bottom at the doors at the zipper. I did take the time to put water proofing on the rainfly before using it and I am sure that helped. I LOVE this tent, I am a 58 year old female, not in great shape and can and have set it up by myself many times. It is a little bit of a struggle alone, I've had to redo stakes a few times as I keep walking around and adjusting the sides.
