(I'd recommend Exped's compression sac with air release.)Pertex Endurance outer shell should give substantial water resistance. Unfortunately, it'll be over 2kg, so not a small parcel, and Royal Mail would be GBP25. Hermes insured and tracked up to GBP250 is GBP15. International rate is set at GBP40. I will refund the difference if it costs less, but above 2kg shipping out of the UK can be expensive.
