Used but it excellent shape physically. All tents have been thoroughly examined for defects. All buckles, straps, zippers and toggles complete and working. Tent body has no holes nor does the rainfly and the door screens are solid. They are desert dusty and may have some stains, ink, dirt, grease usually only on the floor pan but sometimes on the body. Full repair kits included. If you do get something with an issue let me know as I have spare parts for most everything except carry bags. I check these very carefully but sometimes a pin hole or something can escape my attention, I am human. That is what the fully stocked repair kits are good for.
